I want to let you know that the delivery guy Raidel was excellent. He was very helpful in trying to resolve an issue with a printer that was being delivered. He realized that what I was receiving was not going to work for the size of our business. He did everything possible to ensure that I had what I needed in order to not miss another day of printing. RDS should have more employees with this type of good customer service.
