Most printer companies want to sell you a new machine. We would rather fix the one you have, and tell you plainly when it has stopped being worth fixing.
Printer repair
Laser, inkjet, multifunction and wide-format. HP, Brother, Lexmark, Ricoh and Savin. You do not have to have bought the machine from us.
Toner and parts
Cartridges, drums, fusers, rollers and maintenance kits — including for machines the manufacturer has moved on from.
Refurbished printers
Off-lease equipment that has come back from service contracts, checked over and ready to work again.
Service plans
For offices running several devices, a plan usually costs less across a year than the call-outs it replaces.
Repair by Brand
Different machines fail in different ways, and the fault is often specific to the make.

- Brother printer repair — HL, MFC and DCP series, including the enterprise Workhorse machines.
