A1 Printers Plus services office printers across Florida — whoever sold them. We are a division of RDS Team, working out of Miami with our own technicians.

What We Do

Most printer companies want to sell you a new machine. We would rather fix the one you have, and tell you plainly when it has stopped being worth fixing.

Printer repair

Laser, inkjet, multifunction and wide-format. HP, Brother, Lexmark, Ricoh and Savin. You do not have to have bought the machine from us.

Toner and parts

Cartridges, drums, fusers, rollers and maintenance kits — including for machines the manufacturer has moved on from.

Refurbished printers

Off-lease equipment that has come back from service contracts, checked over and ready to work again.

Service plans

For offices running several devices, a plan usually costs less across a year than the call-outs it replaces.

Different machines fail in different ways, and the fault is often specific to the make.

Does A1 Printers Plus repair printers we didn't buy from you?

Yes. We repair office printers across Florida regardless of who sold the machine — a good share of our repair calls are for equipment bought from a dealer who has since stopped answering the phone.

Do you work on copiers, or just printers?

We handle printers, parts, and used equipment. Copiers and multifunction machines on a lease or rental are handled by our parent company, RDS Team — same technicians, same building, different paperwork.

What brands do you service?

HP, Brother, Lexmark, Ricoh and Savin, plus wide-format and plotter printers including HP DesignJet and Ricoh wide-format equipment.

Is A1 Printers Plus a separate company from RDS Team?

No. A1 Printers Plus is a division of RDS Team, operating out of the same Miami location with RDS's own technicians.

Should I repair my printer or replace it?

It depends on the machine's age and condition. We diagnose first and tell you plainly when a repair no longer makes sense compared to a refurbished or leased replacement — we would rather say that than sell you the same repair twice.
