The Faults We Are Called Out For Most
- Pick rollers and separator pads — the standard cause of misfeeds, and cheap to put right.
- Maintenance kits — Lexmark publishes maintenance-kit intervals, and most machines we are called to have simply passed theirs.
- Print quality — repeating marks down a page almost always indicate a component with a fixed circumference — a roller or a drum — and the spacing tells us which one.
- Firmware and connectivity — worth ruling out before anyone opens the machine.
Parts

When a Repair Stops Being Worth It
Past a certain age, parts and labor start to approach what the machine is worth. When that is where you are, a refurbished unit or a leased machine from RDS Team is the better spend, and we will say so.
