When a Plan Makes Sense
One machine that has broken once does not need an agreement — it needs a call-out. Plans start to pay when you are running several devices, when downtime costs you real money, or when you are tired of approving individual invoices for parts you did not know were consumable.
What a Plan Covers
- On-site service by RDS Team technicians rather than a subcontracted company.
- Parts and consumable wear items, so a fuser at end of life is not a separate conversation.
- Preventive attention at the manufacturer's maintenance intervals, which is what stops most of the failures we are otherwise called out for.
- One predictable figure instead of unpredictable invoices.
Machines We Did Not Sell
We will take on equipment bought elsewhere. Most of what we service arrived that way. We will look at what you have and say plainly which machines are worth putting under an agreement and which are close enough to end of life that it would not be honest to.
Larger Fleets
If you are running printers across several sites and want the whole estate handled — including copiers and MFPs — that is managed print services at RDS Team, which covers supplies, monitoring and consolidated billing across everything.
Ask for a Plan
Tell us how many machines you have and roughly what they are. We will come back with what makes sense, and we will say if the answer is that you do not need a plan at all.
