Prefer to spread the cost? RDS Team leases new machines from $149 a month with service, parts and toner included. Buying outright suits you when the machine will earn its keep for years and you would rather not carry a monthly agreement; leasing suits you when you want the equipment kept current and the servicing bundled.

- Delivery, installation and networking quoted separately — tell us where it is going and we will confirm before you commit.
- Service and toner are not included in a purchase. Add a service plan if you want parts, labor and consumables covered on one predictable figure.
- Availability changes. Some models are one or two units. Call before you plan around a specific machine.
